HELLO
I’m Jessica.
I believe that true healing begins when we honor the wisdom of the body, acknowledge the depth of our emotions, and reconnect with the inner Self—the part of us that knows, holds, and guides.
My own journey revealed how incomplete traditional talk therapy can feel when we overlook the body’s intuition, the nervous system’s signals, and the silent narratives we’ve internalized—from early experiences to cultural conditioning. By weaving together Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and polyvagal theory, I’ve discovered a way of working that invites deep integration—mind, body, and spirit.
MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University, and I’m licensed to practice in both North Carolina and New York State. My post-graduate training includes advanced coursework in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and polyvagal theory, along with certification as an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner.
These modalities are not protocols. I use them as a fluid, responsive language for helping people reconnect with their own internal guidance and capacity to heal.
Above all, my work is grounded in presence, authenticity, and ongoing personal integration. I don’t just offer tools, I embody this work myself. Together, we’ll co-create a space where your nervous system can soften, your parts can feel seen, and your own wisdom can emerge.
ABOUT ME
I began my path through the lens of talk therapy. I navigated problems through analysis and insight. But something essential was missing. I realized that true transformation requires us to go deeper: to feel, to listen inward, and to include the body as part of the story.
That realization led me into body-centered healing—and eventually, into the deeply relational and restorative world of Internal Family Systems. To me, healing is sacred and cyclical. It’s not about fixing brokenness. It’s about remembering wholeness.
While much of my early work centered around helping women reconnect with their feminine essence, I’ve come to see that what we often name “feminine” is really a quality of presence—intuitive, relational, and deeply embodied—that lives in all of us.
Whether you identify as a woman or not, if you’re longing for deeper connection, internal balance, and a softer way home to yourself, this work may be for you.
If you’re ready to explore a soulful, body-centered path, I’m ready to walk alongside you.
Our work will feel organic, relational, and deeply respectful of your pace. Sometimes we’ll explore thoughts, memories, or beliefs. Other times, we’ll track sensation, breathe into stuck energy, or gently meet the parts of you that haven’t had space to speak. Whether we’re working with a protective part, a younger exile, or a sense of disconnection from your body, my role is to support you in rebuilding trust with your own internal system.
This work isn’t about fixing. it’s about making space for all that you are. And slowly, as that space grows, so does your capacity to live from a place of clarity, compassion, and grounded power.
