HOLISTIC THERAPY SERVICES

Where mind, body and spirit return to relationship.

Welcome. This is a sacred space for slowing down, turning inward, and listening- gently, patiently, and without judgement.

Together we’ll explore the patterns, protectors, and beliefs that no longer serve you, while building trust with the parts of you that have been working so hard to keep you safe. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and presence, we begin to unwind what’s heavy and come home to what’s true.

Individual Sessions (55 minutes): Each session is a space to explore what’s alive in your system- emotionally, physically, and energetically. We might work with parts that are loud, parts that are exiled, or parts that don’t yet feel safe being seen. With compassion as our guide, we move at the pace of your body and nervous system.

I do offer virtual sessions for clients in New York and North Carolina so you can engage in this work from wherever you feel most grounded. Whether that’s your living rom, a cozy corner, or a quiet space outdoors.

Therapy with me isn’t advice or “fixing.” It’s about deep listening, nervous system co=regulation, and rebuilding relationship with yourself.

This work is gentle, deep, and relational. You won’t be asked to push past your limits or perform healing. Instead, you’ll be invited to listen inward to the parts of you that are tired, scared, alone, protective, or tender.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices not as rigid protocols, but as doorways into your own inner knowing. Each session unfolds based on what’s alive in your system that day, while also tending to the parts we’ve already begun to build relationship with. Healing happens through connection and that includes the ongoing relationship you’re forming with your own inner world.

ABOUT YOU

You’ve talked about your pain before.. but you’re ready for something deeper. You’re seeking a way of healing that doesn’t just analyze your story but helps you feel safe inside it.

You might feel overwhelmed, over-attuned to others, or stuck in cycles of perfectionism and self-doubt. A part of you might believe that healing requires constant effort.. while another part quietly longs to just be.

You’re not broken. You’re holding patterns of conditioning, protective strategies, and unmet needs-and your system is doing its best to keep you safe. You’re ready to relate to yourself differently now.

I’m here to support that shift.

ABOUT ME

I’m Jessica, a licensed therapist whose own journey revealed how early experiences, cultural conditioning, and protective adaptations shape the way we relate to ourselves- our bodies, emotions, and sense of worth.

I bring an integrative, body-based approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and compassionate presence. I believe true healing unfolds when we begin listening inward- gently meeting the parts of us that learned to survive, honoring the body’s wisdom, and reconnecting with the deeper Self that’s always been there beneath it all.

Many of us- especially those socialized in feminine or caregiving roles-internalize cultural messages that tells us to be small, pleasing, productive, and accommodating.

Whether we call it internalized patriarchy, self-abandonment, or survival adaptation, the result is the same: a loss of connection with your center. Therapy becomes a space to meet those patterns with curiosity and care, to restore internal balance, and to reconnect with your own intuitive rhythm.

common patterns you might be carrying:

  • Guilt for resting or setting boundaries

  • Over-functioning or emotional caretaking

  • Doubting your intuition or needing external validation.

  • Feeling unseen or unworthy unless you’re achieving or giving

  • Suppressing anger, desire, or needs to maintain peace

  • Struggling to feel safe being fully yourself.

  • These aren’t flaws. They’re survival strategies. And they’re ready to be understood, softened, and lovingly re-patterned.

Ready to begin?

I’m honored that you’ve taken the time to explore this space. If you feel drawn to this kind of work- deep, compassionate, and embodied- I’d love to connect.
